FixFace is designed with privacy in mind. The app processes everything on your device. The web demo on this website uses a server for processing but does not store your photos.
FixFace does not collect any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising. All video and photo processing happens entirely on your device using on-device AI. Your media is never uploaded to any server. Processed videos are saved to your photo library only when you choose to save them.
The "Try It" feature on this website uploads your photo to our server for processing. Your photo is processed in memory and deleted immediately after the result is returned — it is never saved, logged, or used for any other purpose. No metadata or personal information is retained.
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat receives anonymous purchase data (transaction history, subscription status) and basic device information (OS version, device model). It does not receive your name, email, photos, or any personal identifiers. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.
We do not use any advertising, analytics, or crash reporting services.
We do not store any personal data on our servers. RevenueCat retains anonymous purchase records as described in their privacy policy. You control your media through your photo library and iOS settings.
We do not collect data from anyone, including children under 13.
Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations, you have the right to know what data is collected about you, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale. Since FixFace collects no personal data, these rights are inherently satisfied. You can revoke photo library access at any time in iOS Settings.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
